水泵和其他农业机械一样,使用具有季节性。冬季水泵不灌水,因此,维护和保养机泵不影响农事。通过维护、保养,可保证机泵在来年能正常工作。具体做法如下。1.要检查机房屋顶有无渗漏进水、门窗有无破损,一经发现,应抓紧修复。整理、清扫机房,把无关的杂物全部清除。2.水泵上的一些螺丝,由于经常与水接触,容易锈坏,造成拆卸困难。应将这些螺丝缓缓拧下,蘸一点机油或黄油后再拧上;损坏不能用的螺丝须调换。3.拆下皮带,用肥皂水清洗干净后,悬挂在通风处。
