针对我国国情,根据马铃薯挖掘机收获作业指标,制定了挖掘机整机结构方案。马铃薯收获过程主要有挖掘和分离两个环节,本文通过对现有挖掘铲性能及力学模型的分析,设计了一种新型的尾部栅格式挖掘铲。通过改变摇臂的长度使得该挖掘铲入土角度可调,调节范围为15°~25°,可提高马铃薯挖掘铲的挖净率,降低伤薯率,在一定程度上降低整机工作阻力,提高整机工作效率和生产率。
