1982年以来,我们采用吡喹酮肛栓治疗脑囊虫病患者312侧,随访142例。其中男性123例,女性19例,年龄在10～62岁之间。一、本组合并皮下肌肉型囊虫病120例(占84.5％);治前有癫痫发作史者128例(占90.1％),有高颅压者78例(占55％),余为头痛、头晕、复视和精神障碍等神经系统症状。二、所用毗喹酮原粉由南京制药厂供应,经郑州化学制药厂加工制成吡喹酮肛栓。三、脑囊虫患者全部住院,分组进行治疗,第一组59例,采用毗喹酮0.5g的肛栓,连用8g为一疗程;第二组23例,用吡喹酮0.25g的肛栓,连用10g为一疗程;第三组60例,采用内含吡喹酮0.5g的肛栓,连用5g为一疗程。(三组均为每天早晚各一粒纳入肛门。)用药间隔时间均为2～3个月,一般用
