一、以党章为“度量衡”,加强对党员公务人员的管理。党章作为党规党法,是党内生活的“度量衡”。它规定和测度着所有党组织和党员的政治方向、政治行为和政治表现。
First, take the party constitution as the “measure and balance” and strengthen the management of party members and civil servants.
