为了给国内夏季高温地区沥青路面推荐较优的抗车辙剂,本文采用室内单轴蠕变试验、车辙试验和Marshall试验,以粘性劲度模量、动稳定度和稳定度为评价指标,对比研究了高温条件下法国PRPLAST.S、德国路孚8000和国产海川车辙王三种不同品牌的抗车辙剂,对70号A级基质沥青、SBS改性沥青和110号A级基质沥青三种沥青混合料的高温稳定性能影响。研究结果表明:70号A级和110号A级基质沥青混合料在法国PRPLAST.S抗车辙剂的作用下,其粘性劲度模量、Marshall稳定度和流值达到最优。SBS改性沥青混合料在国产海川车辙王抗车辙剂的作用下,在三种试验中性能表现最优。当沥青路面采用70号A级和110号A级基质沥青时,建议使用法国PRPLAST.S抗车辙剂作为添加剂;当沥青路面采用SBS改性沥青时,建议使用国产海川车辙王抗车辙剂作为添加剂。
In order to recommend a better anti-rutting agent for the asphalt pavement in high temperature in summer in China, indoor uniaxial creep test, rutting test and Marshall test are used in this paper. When using SBS modified asphalt as asphalt pavement, it is recommended to use Chinese-made Ruthenium ruthenium anti-rutting agent as additive .
