采用二倍稀释法研究了12株食用真菌和5种霉菌对7种抗菌药剂的敏感性。结果表明,侧耳属、香菇和金针菇对多菌灵和甲基托布津不敏感,而木耳和猴头对这两种药物极其敏感。几乎所有供试食用真菌对甲醛和升汞都较敏感。侧耳属绝大多数菌株对石灰较不敢感。霉菌中黑曲霉、绿色未霉和产黄青霉对多菌灵和甲基托布津极其敏感,而米根霉和总状毛霉对这两种药物极不敏感。5种霉菌对甲醛和升汞都敏感,对高锰酸钾都不敏感。通过敏感性比较。在侧耳类、香菇和金针菇生产中比较理想的抗霉剂是多菌灵并辅以适当浓度的甲醛或石灰。
The double dilution method was used to study the sensitivity of 12 fungi and 5 fungi to 7 antibacterial agents.
