体视学定量分析技术在病理学领域研究中的应用具有相对特殊性。如何针对不同组织、细胞、亚微结构及分子水平的病变特点,科学地设计定量分析的采样方法、代表性样品大小、测试方法及测试参数等多个环节,不仅对于提高体视学定量分析的客观性、重复性及科学性具有重要作用,而且对于揭示病变的特点,创新病理学科理论具有重要意义。我们结合近年来从事病理学体视学定量分析研究工作的实际,讨论如何优化设计体视学定量分析技术在病理学研究领域中的应用问题。
