我矿机修厂担负着四个综采队液压支架护板的修理整形任务,年承修量约六百余件。由于缺少专用整形设备,多年来一直采用气割解体,分块压平后重新焊接起来的落后工艺。效率低,质量差,劳动强度大,消耗材料多,成为我矿生产中的难题。为此,我们自行设计制造了一台四缸液压机。经过近半年的生产实践表明,使用该机修理矫平液压支架侧护板和其他大型机件,不但效率高,质量好,而且大大节省了人力物力,改善了劳动条件,受到广大职工的欢迎。
Mine miner repair factory is responsible for the repair and shaping task of hydraulic support shields for four fully mechanized mining teams. The annual repair capacity is about 600 pieces. Due to the lack of special plastic equipment, over the years has been using gas cutting disintegration, sub-block flattened and re-welded up the backward technology. Inefficiency, poor quality, labor-intensive, consume more materials, become my mine production problems. To this end, we have designed and manufactured a four-cylinder hydraulic machine. After nearly half a year of production practice shows that the use of the aircraft repair straightening hydraulic support side shields and other large parts, not only efficient, good quality, but also greatly saving manpower and resources, improve working conditions, welcomed by the majority of workers.
