随着我国国力的不断增强和外贸的快速发展, 我国企业在出口产品过程中, 开始在进口国遭遇到越来越多的反倾销诉讼, 严重困扰着我国企业的对外发展, 有必要对我国企业的反倾销应诉有关问题进行探讨。
With the continuous improvement of China’s national strength and the rapid development of foreign trade, Chinese enterprises have started to encounter more and more anti-dumping lawsuits in the importing countries during the process of exporting products. This has seriously plagued the external development of Chinese enterprises and is imperative to our country’s enterprises Anti-dumping responding to the issues discussed.
