日记,作为个人行为,已经越来越受到人们的关注。我一直都有记日记的习惯,在教书的岗位上时,我大都写的是工作方面的内容,用笔记录每天的心得体会。2002年,我从三尺讲台退休,真正开始记录我的个人生活了。十多年来,每天一篇,记录自己心态的变化,讲述家人、朋友的故事,还有对社会新闻、养生保健等各方面事物的看法,通过记日记的过程来激励自己,享受记录的快乐。如今,日记已经写完数十本,都是我的回忆和感悟。
Diary, as a personal act, has attracted more and more attention. I always have the habit of keeping diaries. When I was in my teaching post, I mostly wrote the contents of my work and used my pen to record daily experiences. In 2002, I retired from the three-foot podium and really began to record my personal life. For more than a decade, I wrote an article every day to record the changes in my mentality, stories about my family and friends, opinions on various aspects of social news and health care, to inspire myself and enjoy the happiness of records through the diary process . Today, diary has finished dozens of books, are my memories and insights.
