1978年12月18日至22日,具有伟大历史意义的中共十一届三中全会在北京京西宾馆召开.开启了中国改革开放的历史新时期。会前于11月10日至12月15日举行了36天的中央工作会议,为三中全会的召开作了充分准备。30年前,万里、吕正操,段君毅、陈璞如作为十一届中央委员,参加了这两个重要会议。具有历史意味的是,这四人都曾担任过中华人民共和国铁道部部长。他们是历史大转折的见证人,也是推动历史转折的参与者。
From December 18 to December 22, 1978, the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of CPC with Great Historical Significance was held in Beijing’s Jingxi Hotel, opening a new historical period of China’s reform and opening up. Before the meeting, a 36-day central working conference was held from November 10 to December 15 to prepare for the convening of the Third Plenary Session. Thirty years ago, Miles, Lv Zhengcao, Duan Junyi and Chen Puru attended the two important conferences as the 11th Central Committee. Historically, all four have served as Minister of Railways of the People’s Republic of China. They are the witnesses of the great turning point in history and the participants in the historical turning point.
