轨道交通运营的行业监管体制是正常运营的重要保障,本研究分析了国内多个城市的轨道交通行业监管状况,总结了国内轨道交通行业监管的典型模式。基于此,本文提出了城市轨道交通运营行业监管范围、内容和工作职责,以及完善城市轨道交通管理体制的保障措施。
The industry supervision system of rail transit operation is an important guarantee for normal operation. This study analyzes the supervision status of the rail transit industry in many cities in China and summarizes the typical mode of regulation of the domestic rail transportation industry. Based on this, this paper puts forward the supervision scope, content and job responsibilities of the urban rail transit operation industry and the safeguard measures to improve the urban rail transit management system.
