针对目前使用的防坠安全器现场检测装置检测精度不高的问题,提出了一种新的加速度信号处理方法。基于新息卡尔曼滤波算法和优化滑动窗口设计了综合自适应卡尔曼滤波器,去除原始加速度信号中的噪声。同时利用最小二乘拟合多项式的方法对积分过程中的一、二次趋势项进行消除。理论推导了滤波算法,并进行了实验,实验结果表明,该信号处理方法对于检测装置的信号具有良好的滤波效果,大幅度提升了检测结果的精度。
Aiming at the problem of low detection accuracy of anti-fall safety device used in field, a new acceleration signal processing method is proposed. Based on the new Kalman filter algorithm and the optimized sliding window, a comprehensive adaptive Kalman filter is designed to remove the noise in the original acceleration signal. At the same time, the least-squares fitting polynomial method is used to eliminate the first and second trend items in the integral process. The theory is deduced and the experiment is carried out. The experimental results show that the signal processing method has a good filtering effect on the signal of the detection device and greatly improves the accuracy of the detection result.
