一、引言 氧-乙炔火焰喷涂枪的火焰温度大约为2000—3000℃,火焰在轴向温度分布是不均匀的。为了保证喷涂工艺质量,必须预先确定在不同工艺要求时,喷嘴离工件的距离。此距离的确定主要依据火焰的温度分布,因此测量火焰温度十分重要。通常火焰温度用光学法来测量,但是装置复杂,数据处理麻烦,现场使用有一定困难。采用微处理机动态测温装置来测量火焰温度比较方便,装置简单,实验数据能实时处理,测量准确度亦能满足
