First, the market urgently needs Japanese teaching transformation In recent years, Japanese-funded enterprises continue to accelerate investment in China. There are currently more than 20,000 Japanese-funded enterprises in the country, while there are over 7,000 in Shanghai. Due to the aging of the younger sons in Japan, there are urgently needed 120,000 senior professionals such as IT, lawyers and doctors in Japan every year. The number of professional and technical personnel such as nurses is 100,000 while the general skilled personnel is 380,000. The accumulated labor force is about 600,000.
