国内外的就业形势的发展要求我们对高职院校的大学生实施职业生涯规划,而完善的教学体系是实施大学生职业生涯规划的重要保障。并要求高职院校要有完备的职业生涯规划指导体系、完善的教学组织机构、灵活的课程教学体系与高素质、专业化的师资队伍的完备的职业生涯规划教学体系。因此构建我国高职院校职业生涯规划教学体系,对我国高等职业院校具有重要意义。
The development of the employment situation at home and abroad requires us to carry out career planning for college students in higher vocational colleges. The perfect teaching system is an important guarantee for the implementation of college students’ career planning. And require vocational colleges to have a complete career planning guidance system, a sound teaching organization, a flexible curriculum teaching system and high-quality, professional teaching staff a complete career planning teaching system.
