我们结合与化工研究院协作的项目,对制作高压聚乙烯反应管的材料40CrNiMnMo钢进行了常规的力学性能测定。为了估计出该管的疲劳寿命,需要知道K_(IC)值,我们通过用小试样测定J_(IC)值,换算K_(IC)值的方法解决此问题。为了保证J_(IC)值的正确性,我们将J积分的能量表达式和硬化指数表达式两种方法进行比较,在做常规力学性能的同时又测定了硬化指教,并对两种冶炼方法(真空自耗,电渣重熔)、三种不同热处理条件进行了对比。
We combine the project with the Institute of Chemical Engineering, the production of high pressure polyethylene pipe material 40CrNiMnMo conventional mechanical properties of steel. In order to estimate the fatigue life of this tube, we need to know the value of K_ (IC). We solved this problem by measuring the value of J_ (IC) with a small sample and converting the value of K_ (IC). In order to ensure the correctness of the J_ (IC) values, we compare the J-integral energy expression with the hardening exponent expression, and then conduct the hardening mechanization while measuring the hardening advice.
