目的应用高频彩超观察骨肿瘤的声像图特征,探讨彩超在诊断骨肿瘤中的临床应用价值。方法对93例骨肿瘤患者进行二维超声及CDFI、CDE检查,并与临床检查进行对照,分析原发性、转移性骨肿瘤的声像表现,并对进一步治疗进行指导。结果良性骨肿瘤表面平坦,骨膜线光滑,瘤体内回声均匀性衰减,无明显的多次反射乱征。恶性骨肿瘤表现为骨皮质粗糙、中断、骨膜线不完整,瘤体凌乱,内部回声强弱不等,血流信号丰富。骨转移性瘤有其原发肿瘤的特点。结论超声可以显示骨肿瘤破坏状况及范围,观察骨膜、骨质、内部回声及周围软组织的情况。彩色多普勒血流显像能实时地观察肿瘤内及周边区血流信号及供血特点,从而使彩超诊断和指导治疗骨肿瘤有独特的应用价值,应引起临床重视。
Objective To observe the ultrasonographic features of bone tumors by high-frequency ultrasound and explore the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of bone tumors. Methods Ninety-three patients with bone cancer underwent two-dimensional ultrasonography, CDFI and CDE examinations, and compared with clinical examination. The acoustic imaging findings of primary and metastatic bone tumors were analyzed and further treatment was guided. Results The surface of benign bone tumors was smooth, the periosteal line was smooth, the echogenicity of the tumor was attenuated, and no obvious multiple reflex syndrome was found. Malignant bone tumors showed cortical rough, interrupted, imperfect periosteal line, tumor messy, ranging from the strength of internal echo, blood flow signal rich. Bone metastases have the characteristics of their primary tumor. Conclusion Ultrasound can show the status and extent of bone tumor destruction, periosteum, bone, internal echo and the surrounding soft tissue situation. Color Doppler flow imaging in real time to observe the blood flow within the tumor and the surrounding area and blood supply characteristics, so that ultrasound diagnosis and treatment of bone tumors have a unique value, should cause clinical attention.
