铰链式模袋混凝土沉排工程设计主要是结构形式的选择和稳定性校核。模袋混凝土沉排施工要求基础表面平整、反滤布铺设平顺无皱、模袋布水下铺设定位准确 ,并要考虑充填过程中纵向和横向的收缩。提出了模袋混凝土浇灌前先注射清水 ,混凝土浇注要由远至近 ,从上而下 ,并要及时检查混凝土输送及模袋混凝土成型情况等要求
Hinged bag concrete sinking engineering design is the main form of structural choice and stability check. Construction requirements of the bagging concrete bag foundation surface is flat, anti-filter cloth laid smooth without wrinkles, cloth bag underwater laying accurate positioning, and to consider the process of filling the vertical and horizontal contraction. It is proposed that the injection of clear water before pouring of the bagging concrete is from near to far and from top to bottom, and the requirement of concrete transportation and molding of concrete bagging should be timely checked
