在2A12高强度铝合金的TIG焊过程中,施加纵向机械振动,通过对不同振动幅度下焊接接头的拉伸性能、硬度及显微组织进行检测分析,研究振动幅度对其影响规律和作用机理。研究结果表明:外加机械振动可以提升焊接接头的综合力学性能,振动频率为60 Hz、振幅幅度为0.032 mm时,焊接接头的力学性能取得最佳值,此时,抗拉强度为270 MPa,硬度为68.4 HV;机械振动可细化组织、弥散分布第二相,对提高焊缝的综合力学性能具有积极的作用。
In the process of TIG welding of 2A12 high strength aluminum alloy, the longitudinal mechanical vibration was applied. The tensile properties, hardness and microstructure of welded joints under different vibration amplitude were tested and analyzed to study the influence law and mechanism of vibration amplitude. The results show that the addition of mechanical vibration can improve the mechanical properties of the welded joint. When the vibration frequency is 60 Hz and the amplitude is 0.032 mm, the mechanical properties of the welded joint are optimized. At this moment, the tensile strength is 270 MPa, the hardness 68.4 HV; mechanical vibration can refine the microstructure and disperse the second phase, which has a positive effect on improving the comprehensive mechanical properties of the weld.
