[目的]观察芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗缺血性心力衰竭的疗效。[方法]选择缺血性心力衰竭患者66例,分为两组,对照组32例给予抗心衰常规治疗加曲美他嗪治疗,治疗组34例在对照组治疗基础上加芪苈强心胶囊治疗,治疗3个月判定疗效。观察两组治疗前后血浆NT-proBNP、6min步行试验、左室射血分数(LVEF)。[结果]两组治疗前后比较血浆NT-proBNP均减少,6min步行距离明显延长,超声心动图检测LVEF明显提高。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组。[结论]芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗缺血性心力衰竭疗效满意。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsule combined with Western medicine in treating ischemic heart failure. [Methods] Sixty-six patients with ischemic heart failure were selected and divided into two groups. The control group received conventional therapy of anti-heart failure plus trimetazidine. The treatment group received 34 cases of treatment with Qiliqiangqiangxin Capsule treatment, treatment 3 months to determine the efficacy. The plasma NT-proBNP, 6-minute walk test and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were observed before and after treatment. [Results] The plasma NT-proBNP in both groups before and after treatment decreased, the walking distance in 6 minutes was significantly prolonged, and the LVEF in echocardiography was significantly increased. Clinical efficacy of treatment group than the control group. [Conclusion] Qili Qiangxin Capsule combined with western medicine is effective in treating ischemic heart failure.
