苏州市各级劳动部门和职业培训工作者,十分重视各类技工学校、培训中心的体制建设,积极推动全市职业技能的开发工作,探索培训体制改革的新路子,取得了可喜的成绩。其做法有:一是完善管理体制,建立健全了一系列培训实体内部的规章制度,逐步完善校长(主任)负责制、全员聘任(用)制、岗位责任制、内部结构工资制、考核奖惩制等一系列关系到职工切身利益的制度使之环环相扣,并落实到位。二是改革教学体制。尝试开设了复合型专业,进行了“公费自费滚动”,实行教师理论课与实习课一体化、毕业生“三证一能”等试点,取得了良好
