研究熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)与凝结芽孢杆菌(Bacillus coagulans)联合预防小鼠高脂血症的功效。在饲喂KM小鼠高脂饲料的同时灌胃UDCA和B.coagulans Ganeden BC20活菌,结果显示:凝结芽孢杆菌联合熊去氧胆酸显著延缓小鼠体重和肝脏指数的增长,降低小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的水平,同时提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。通过UDCA和凝结芽孢杆菌菌液的联合作用,还使高脂血症小鼠的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)细胞因子水平下降,白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)细胞因子水平升高。实验结果可证明熊去氧胆酸联合凝结芽孢杆菌优良的小鼠高脂血症预防作用。
To study the efficacy of ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) and Bacillus coagulans in preventing hyperlipidemia in mice. The results showed that Bacillus coagulans combined with ursodeoxycholic acid significantly delayed the growth of body weight and liver index of mice and decreased the serum of mice TC, LDL-C, TG, ALT, AST and ALP were significantly increased at the same time, while the levels of total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride (TG), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase Density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels. The combined action of UDCA and Bacillus coagulans bacteria also decreased the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-12 (IL-12) cytokines in hyperlipidemic mice, -5 (IL-5), interleukin-4 (IL-4) cytokines levels. The experimental results can prove that ursodeoxycholic acid combined with Bacillus coagulans excellent anti-hyperlipidemia in mice.
