小儿休克是一种临床常见的由于多种原因导致的循环功能障碍综合征。不同原因引起的休克症状基本相同,主要表现为:面色苍白、精神萎靡、四肢湿冷、血压下降,并伴有呕吐及多汗等。发生休克后,一些患儿会迅速发展为重度休克,出现呼吸节律不齐、脉搏微弱、血压极低、神志不清,以致惊厥、昏迷等。及早辨别休克,并采取恰当的急救方法,对于挽救患儿生命有着十分重要的意义。
Pediatric shock is a clinically common circulatory dysfunction syndrome that is caused by a variety of causes. Shock caused by different causes are basically the same, mainly as follows: pale, apathetic, cold limbs, blood pressure, accompanied by vomiting and sweating. After the shock, some children will rapidly develop severe shock, irregular breathing occurs, weak pulse, low blood pressure, confusion, resulting in convulsions, coma and so on. Early identification of shock, and take appropriate first aid methods, for the saving of children’s lives has a very important significance.
