在浙江深厚软土地基中,减沉桩在多层建筑基础中大量使用。为进一步分析浙江软土地基中减沉桩的工作机理,对某工程中减沉桩的应用进行试验研究。通过桩、土应力测试和建筑物沉降观测,分析减沉桩基中桩土应力分担比及荷载传递性状的规律,为深入探讨桩土共同作用机理,进一步完善减沉桩设计理论提供依据。试验结果表明,各幢楼的基底反力大致呈中间小、边缘大的抛物线分布形式;本工程3幢楼承台底土承担荷载的比例最终保持在14.6%~18.1%。分析结果表明,减少沉降量桩基具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,应用前景广阔。
In the deep soft soil foundation in Zhejiang, the sink pile is widely used in the multi-story building foundation. In order to further analyze the working mechanism of sinking pile in Zhejiang soft soil foundation, the application of sinking pile in a project is studied. Through the pile, soil stress test and building settlement observation, the stress-sharing ratio and load transfer characteristics of pile-soil in the pile sinking are analyzed to provide the basis for further discussion on the mechanism of pile-soil interaction and further improvement of design theory of pile sinking. The test results show that the base reaction force of each building is roughly in the form of a small parabola and a large parabola distribution. The proportion of the subsoil of the 3 buildings in this project will ultimately be 14.6% -18.1%. The analysis results show that the pile foundation with reduced settlement has good economic and social benefits and has broad application prospects.
