农药溴氰菊酯(Decamethrln),又名敌杀死(Decis),属拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂,能引起中毒性损害,尤其对颅神经损害更为严重。 一、临床资料:5例(男2例、女3例,年龄2～32岁)。为一家成员。因接触及食用喷洒过敌杀死农药的自种蔬菜后出现神经系统损害表现。均有头晕、头痛、心慌,4例有恶心,呕吐、流涎、软腭麻痹、伸舌困难。3例表现声嘶,吐词不清、饮水返呛,抽搐(其中2例意识清楚,局限性抽搐,1例意识丧失,全身抽搐)。2例眼球向上、向下、向内活动受限。1例右侧周围性面神经麻痹。2例腹痛,1例腹泻,大便常规正常。
