职业规划师凭什么升值?美国的现状:据全美职业发展协会NCDA统计,美国1999年就有16万名职业规划师,平均一个职业规划师面对3000人;跳槽者中有超过37%的人接受过职业规划咨询服务,充足的职业规划专业人才为美国人才流动和经济发展起到了巨大的促进作用。欧盟的现状:欧盟国家的职业咨询与指导工作的开展,为解决高失业率和长期失业率居高不下的问题创造就业岗位成为欧盟最为优先的目标。同时,欧盟各国把职业咨询与指导视为积极劳动力市场政策的重要组成部分。欧盟国家实施职业咨询与指导的目的是:帮助失业者找到适于其自身状况的出路。
