近年来,新闻传播行业竞争愈加激烈,更丰富了新闻传播手段,为保证新闻传播行业稳定发展,新闻记者采访应深入化,确保获取的信息真实、准确、及时、有效。在新闻采访中,新闻记者如何平衡采访中的人际关系极为重要,如人际关系紧张,将导致新闻记者与其他工作人员心存芥蒂,无法实现紧密配合,这将严重影响工作质量,甚至无法达到工作目标。为此,新闻记者必须进行正确人际理念的树立,进行自身角色的准确定位,通过人际交往策略的科学应用,对外树立良好的人际形象,进而对自身工作效率进行全面提升。
