氧氟沙星(OFLX),对复治肺结核的治疗已有不少报道。但对初治病例尚无报告。我院应用含OFLX四联药物治疗初、复治肺结核50例,现报道分析如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料:50例中,男33例,女17例,年龄14～76岁。其中复治病人29例,29例均已作正规抗痨治疗(不含OFLX方案)而失败者。初治21例均为临床、痰检和X线确诊为肺结核者。50例中Ⅱ型肺结核6例,Ⅲ型肺结核40例,Ⅴ型肺结核4例。其中合并腰椎结核3例,肾结核5
Ofloxacin (OFLX), the treatment of retreatment tuberculosis have been reported. However, there are no reports of newly diagnosed cases. Our hospital contains OFLX quadruple drug treatment of early and retreatment tuberculosis in 50 cases, are reported as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: 50 cases, 33 males and 17 females, aged 14 to 76 years. Among them, 29 cases of retreatment patients, 29 cases have been made for regular anti-tuberculosis treatment (excluding OFLX program) and losers. The initial treatment of 21 cases were clinically, sputum examination and X-ray confirmed as tuberculosis. 50 cases of type Ⅱ tuberculosis in 6 cases, Ⅲ type tuberculosis in 40 cases, Ⅴ type pulmonary tuberculosis in 4 cases. Including lumbar tuberculosis in 3 cases, 5 cases of renal tuberculosis
