患者男,21岁,农民,住院号840711。患者因与家人发生口角后口服乐果,昏迷约1小时,于1984年9月30日上午被抬入院。空腹口服乐果量约200ml,平素健康。体查:体温36.2℃,脉搏100次,呼吸18次,血压80/50。神态不清;可嗅到乐果气味,面色苍白,口吐白沫,全身出汗、厥冷,双侧瞳孔约1mm,等圆,对光反射消失。颈软。呼吸深慢,双肺可闻湿性啰音。心率100次,律整,无病理性杂音。腹软,不胀,肠鸣音存在。未引出病理性神经反射。入院诊
