文章对山东省泰安市2006年的水资源环境生态成本进行核算,即将实物量转化为价值量表达,从GDP中扣除以修正国民经济总值。核算结果表明:由于水资源的耗减及污染造成的损失价值为18.93亿元,占当年GDP的1.87%。仅水资源一项,就使调整的EDP比GDP下降了1.87%,这说明泰安市目前的经济增长是以一定的水资源耗减退化为代价的。
The paper calculates the ecological cost of water resources and environment in Taian City of Shandong Province in 2006, transforms the physical quantity into the expression of value quantity, subtracts it from GDP to amend the gross national product. The results show that: due to water consumption and pollution caused by the loss value of 1.893 billion yuan, accounting for 1.87% of GDP. Only water resources, the adjustment of EDP than the GDP dropped by 1.87%, indicating that the current economic growth in Tai’an City is a certain amount of water resources to reduce the cost of degradation.
