In 2012, Xixia District of Yinchuan City focused closely on the theme of “strengthening organization, enhancing vitality and creating excellence while welcoming the 18th CPC National Congress” In order to practice the carrier, taking the project of party building as the starting point, breaking through the difficulties, giving prominence to the key points and making co-ordination and promotion in order to create a solid foundation for the “Year One” project, the masses satisfaction project and the party building quality projects and the promotion of grassroots organizations’ effect.
