目的 对比分析99mTc -DTPA和99mTc -EC的同期肾动态显像 ,比较这两种肾脏显像剂在正常人和不同患者体内显像的特点和异同。方法 采用自身对照方法 ,对 15例正常人和 3 5例不同肾脏疾患病人的99mTc -DTPA和99mTc -EC同期肾动态显像的图像和功能曲线参数进行了对比分析。结果 显示正常人99mTc-EC肾脏显像效果较99mTc -DTPA好 ,肾脏对99mTc -EC的清除较99mTc -DTPA快 ,99mTc -EC的 2 0minCR( 63 .15± 15 .66)明显高于99mTc-DTPA的 2 0minCR( 3 8.15± 11.2 4) ,差异显著 (p <0 .0 1) ,在一些早、中期肾功能受损患者中99mTc -EC和99mTc -DT PA的肾功能曲线和功能参数存在不一致 ,这表明了肾小球和肾小管损伤程度的不一致性。结论 将两种显像剂联合应用可对肾脏功能科作出较全面的评价
Objective To compare and analyze 99mTc-DTPA and 99mTc-EC simultaneous renal dynamic imaging and compare the similarities and differences between the two renal imaging agents in normal and different patients. Methods The contrast-enhanced images of 99mTc-DTPA and 99mTc-EC renal dynamic imaging in 15 normal subjects and 35 different renal disease patients were compared using self-control method. 99mTc-DTPA was detected in 99m Tc-DTPA in 99m Tc-EC, 99m Tc-DTPA was faster in 99m Tc-DTPA than in 99m Tc-DTPA in 99m Tc- DTPA 20 minCR (3 8.15 ± 11.2 4), a significant difference (p <0.01), in some early and intermediate renal impairment patients 99mTc-EC and 99mTc-DT PA renal function curve and function parameters Inconsistencies indicate inconsistencies in glomerular and tubular injury. Conclusion The combination of two imaging agents can make a more comprehensive assessment of renal function
