双唑泰栓是用于治疗细菌性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎、原虫性阴道炎,细菌霉菌原虫混合感染性阴道炎等妇科疾病的外用栓剂.该栓剂是由抑杀厌氧菌、原虫的甲硝唑,抑杀需氧菌的醋酸洗必泰和抑杀霉菌的克霉唑三种药物配伍制成,其基质为半合成脂肪酸甘油酯.1 处方依据及药物各组分最佳剂量筛选(表1)
