当前世界各国、各个地区都在制定面向未来的经济战略。而在国际化背景下,经济竞争主要表现为科学技术,特别是高新技术及其产业化发展的较量。高新技术的发展,已经成为带动经济可持续增长的关键因素。由于不同国家和地区在科技发展上的差异性,任何一个国家和地区都不可能同时拥有居于世界前列的所有科学技术,必须通过科技合作来取长补短,以有易无。面对这样的形势,海峡两岸经济技术上的合作,对于繁荣两岸经济具有重要意义。本文在海峡两岸科技交流与合作的大框架下,用文献计量学的方法对10余年来海峡两岸合作发明专利情况进行多角度分析,以期揭示两岸经济技术合作的发展历程、状况和特点。
All countries and regions in the world are formulating economic strategies for the future. In the context of internationalization, the economic competition is mainly manifested in the contest between science and technology, especially high-tech and its industrialization. The development of high technology has become the key factor driving sustainable economic growth. Due to the differences in science and technology between different countries and regions, it is impossible for any one country or region to have all the science and technology in the world at the same time. Therefore, science and technology cooperation must be adopted to make up for each other's strengths and weaknesses. Facing such a situation, the economic and technological cooperation across the Taiwan Strait is of great significance to the prosperity of the economy across the Taiwan Strait. Based on the science and technology exchange and cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits, this paper uses bibliometrics to analyze the invention patents of cross-Strait cooperation more than 10 years in order to reveal the development course, status and characteristics of the cross-Strait economic and technological cooperation.
