脱氧核糖核酸是生物遗传信息的携带者,并通过核糖核酸控制蛋白质的生物合成,因而氚标记其基本组成的核苷酸在研究生物遗传信息与蛋白质的合成工作中是很重要的。本工作是根据上海生物化学研究所及上海实验生物研究所的冷实验条件进行的,以8-溴-脱氧三(单)磷酸腺苷为前体,用钯-硫酸钡为催化剂进行卤氚催化取代而生成氚标记化合物,其比度为17—20居里/毫克分子,放化纯度为90—92%。反应式如下:
