患儿女,10岁,一年半以前玩耍时,左锁骨曾骨折。8个月前左踝部肿痛,跛行,按骨髓炎治疗无效。6个月前右前臂尺侧肿胀,微痛,皮肤不红,此时饮水稍多。半年来患儿情绪不稳,既往无肾脏疾患及性早熟现象。父母无血缘关系,弟聋哑,家族中无类似疾病。查体:血压110/70毫米汞柱。体重24公斤,身长123厘米,呈鞍鼻,头部额骨左右两侧各有2×3厘米的软化处,压有乒乓球感,双锁骨中段明显肿胀,畸型,有压痛,右前臂尺骨中段肿胀,左前臂尺骨中段
