本文对含铈铝箔的组织织构及腐蚀后阳极氧化层的形貌进行了分析,并与不含铈高纯铝箔作了比较。结果表明,铝箔腐蚀后的比电容值,主要取决于表面(100)织构的百分含量,(100)织构越多,腐蚀后的正方体蚀坑亦越多,比电容值就越高。铈在铝箔中主要以CeAl_4金属间化合物颗粒存在,弥散分布,起活化作用,改善了腐蚀过程,使正方体蚀坑细小,致密,比电容值得到进一步提高。
In this paper, the texture of the cerium-containing aluminum foil and the morphology of the anodized layer after corrosion were analyzed and compared with the high purity aluminum foil without cerium. The results show that the specific capacitance of the foil after etching is mainly determined by the percentage of the texture of the surface (100). The more the texture is, the more pits are eroded and the higher the specific capacitance is. Ce is mainly present in the aluminum foil as CeAl_4 intermetallic compound particles, which are dispersed and activated to improve the corrosion process, so that the pit of the square body is small and dense, and the specific capacitance value is further improved.
