关于家兔颈上神经节单、双核神经细胞数量变化,作了大量研究。但对于生后0~100天单、双核神经细胞数量之间的连续变化,目前很少报道,本文就此问题做一探讨。材料与方法取生后0天与100天家兔各7只。再取生后0、1、2、3、5、7、10、15、20、25、30、45、60、75、100天家兔,每年龄段取2只。从耳静脉注入空气将其杀死,取下双侧颈上神经节,用Bouin 液固定,石蜡包埋,连续切片(10μm),甲酚固紫染色。在放大100倍的光镜下,测
