面对新的课程改革,对于教师的专业能力和专业素养的要求愈来愈高,素质教育能否贯彻落实,教育能否和谐发展,教师自身素质将成为制约教育发展的关键因素之一,正所谓“水之积也不深,则其负舟也无力;师之蕴也不足,则其育长也无望”。没有高素质的教师就培养不出高素质的学生。因此,我们不能坐等高素质的教师出现,只有立足校本教研,聚集课堂教学,才能促进教师专业化发展。
Faced with the new curriculum reform, the demand for teachers’ professional abilities and professional accomplishments is getting higher and higher. Whether quality education can be implemented and whether education can develop in harmony and the quality of teachers themselves will become one of the key factors that restrict the development of education. The so-called “water product is not deep, then its negative boat is also weak; teacher’s implication is not enough, then its growth is also hopeless ”. Without high-quality teachers can not cultivate high-quality students. Therefore, we can not wait for the appearance of highly qualified teachers. Only by basing ourselves on teaching and researching at school and gathering classroom teaching can we promote the professional development of teachers.
