目的 探讨降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)和内皮素 (ET)在缺血性脑损伤中的作用。方法 应用放免法 (RIA)检测了 32例脑梗塞患者的CGRP和ET的含量。结果 脑梗塞患者急性期CGRP和ET的含量均高于正常对照组 ;脑梗塞患者重型者血浆CGRP含量低于轻型及中型者而ET含量则高于后两者 ;脑梗塞伴高血压患者CGRP低于不伴高血压者 ,ET则高于不伴高血压者。结论 CGRP和ET均参与了缺血性脑损伤的发生发展过程 ,在脑梗塞患者治疗诊断预后方面具有一定的价值
Objective To investigate the role of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin (ET) in ischemic brain injury. Methods Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to detect the levels of CGRP and ET in 32 patients with cerebral infarction. Results The levels of CGRP and ET in patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in normal controls. The levels of plasma CGRP in patients with severe cerebral infarction were lower than those in patients with mild and moderate type of cerebral infarction while the levels of ET were higher in those with cerebral infarction. Without hypertension, ET was higher than those without hypertension. Conclusion Both CGRP and ET are involved in the development of ischemic brain injury and have certain value in the diagnosis and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction
