滇西地区的新构造运动,是我国表现得比较强烈的地区之一,活动构造广泛,对地壳抬升、压缩、翘起、地震、火山作用以及地热等都有比较典型的表现。笔者通过部份野外实际调查研究和有关资料的分析整理,着重对上述一些问题和特征进行一些探讨,不当之处,请批评、指正。作者认为印度板块向欧亚板块的碰撞是引起本区新构造作用的主导因素;而板块的连续下插作用则是直接的起因。由于应力主要来自印度板块。因之,新构造活动有由西向东强度逐渐减弱,时代逐渐变老的趋势。新的 NE—NNE 向断裂在滇西分布广泛,它们对地震活动,火山作用都有重要影响。新构造运动在地球物理场方面也有明显地反映。
The Neotectonic movement in western Yunnan is one of the most intensely developed regions in China. Its activities are extensive in structure and have typical features of uplifting, compressing, tilting, earthquakes, volcanism and geothermal. The author through some field actual investigation and research and related data analysis and finishing, focusing on some of the problems and characteristics of some of the discussions, inappropriate, please criticize, correct. The authors believe that the collision of the Indian plate with the Eurasian plate is the dominant factor that caused the new tectonic effect in this area. The continuous insertion of the plate is the direct cause. As the stress comes mainly from the Indian plate. As a result, the tectonic activity has a trend of gradually weakened from west to east and gradually getting older with the times. The new NE-NNE faults are widely distributed in western Yunnan and have important implications for seismic activity and volcanism. Neotectonic movement is also clearly reflected in the geophysical field.
