生活在长江之滨三峡坝区的人民群众经常可以看见一位精神焕发的女同志热情地为库区移民排忧解难、办实事的身影,她就是深得老百姓拥护的第九届、十届全国人大代表、宜昌市人大常委会副主任戴丽莉。1998年3月,戴丽莉满载着六千万湖北人民的嘱托,十余万三峡移民的愿望来到北京,参加第九届全国人民代表大会会议。从那时起,戴丽莉时刻牢记一个人大代表神圣职责,充分行使人民赋予她的这份权利,为维护国家和人民的利益做出了自己最大的努力,大到三峡工程建设、小到老百姓的家庭生活,她都流下了辛苦汗水。6年多来,先后围绕三峡库区的经济发展、三峡移民扶贫致富、加强国民教育、维护法律的公平正义等提出过40多件代表建议及议案,被老百姓称之为“当之无愧的好代表”。
