本文简单介绍了散堆填料发展的历程,对散堆填料的种类、各种填料的特性、在空分装置中的应用、填料塔的分布器、水力学影响因素及水力学计算进行了阐述。随着填料的研发及生产的发展,高效低阻且价格合适的散堆填料越来越受到应用者的重视,相信随着生产及科技的发展,散堆填料的应用会更加广泛。
This paper briefly introduces the development process of random packing, expounds the types of random packing, the characteristics of various packing materials, the application in air separation plant, the distributor of packed tower, the influencing factors of hydraulics and the hydraulics calculation. With the development of packing materials and the development of production, the packing materials with high efficiency, low resistance and appropriate price have attracted more and more attentions by users. It is believed that with the development of production and technology, the application of random packing materials will be more extensive.
