对于企业发展而言,会计人员的工作直接影响到财务管理、内部控制、发展计划的制订等多个重要方面,因此,做好会计人员管理工作具有非常重要的作用。但目前很多企业尤其是中小企业对会计人员管理不重视,也没有建立健全会计监管机构和体系,影响了会计职能的充分发挥,甚至造成经济损失。本文主要探讨了企业会计人员管理工作存在的问题和对策措施,仅供读者参考。
As far as enterprise development is concerned, the work of accountants directly affects many important aspects such as financial management, internal control and formulation of development plans. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job of accounting personnel management. However, at present, many enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, pay little attention to accounting personnel management and have not set up sound accounting regulatory bodies and systems, thus affecting the full development of accounting functions and even causing economic losses. This article mainly discusses the existing problems and countermeasures in the management of enterprise accounting personnel, for reference of readers.
