著名的社会学家和未来学家阿尔文·托夫勒所著的《未来的冲击》、《第三次浪潮》曾对包括中国在内几乎世界所有的国家的社会学者形成了思维的冲击,产生了一次又一次的思想浪潮。《力量转移》被美国《世界箴言》月刊称之为“托夫勒的又一次冲击”。托夫勒在该书中认为,当今世界的各种权力机构和权力组织都处在深刻的变革之中。本文即是他对政党演变的预见。文中论及的虽然主要是西方国家的政党和权力机构,但对中国读者也不无启益。
“The Impact of the Future” and “The Third Wave” by the famous sociologist and futurologist Alvin Toffler have shaped the mindset of sociologists in almost all countries in the world, including China, Produced time and again the wave of ideas. “Power Shift” is called “yet another impact of Toffler” by the monthly “Proverbs of the World” in the United States. Toffler argued in the book that the various power agencies and power organizations in the world today are undergoing profound changes. This article is his prediction of the evolution of political parties. Although the article mainly refers to the political parties and power agencies in the western countries, it does not help Chinese readers.
