PUA 纳米复合物水分散液的制备及其性能研究

采用不同封端剂进行封端合成了阴离子型聚氨酯水分散液,再以此为种子合成了聚氨酯/聚丙烯酸酯(PUA)纳米复合物水分散液,并对反应机理、结构与性能进行表征分析。结果表明,阴离子聚氨酯纳米粒子能够自组装形成纳米胶束,并且增溶丙烯酸酯单体于胶束中,最终形成具有单核或者多核结构的PUA复合物,而采用不同封端剂封端则可能会产生相分离,从而改善其物理性能。 Polyurethane / polyacrylate (PUA) nanocomposite aqueous dispersions were synthesized by using different capping agents to terminate the synthesis of anionic polyurethane aqueous dispersions. The reaction mechanism, structure and properties were also characterized . The results show that the anionic polyurethane nanoparticles can self-assemble into nanomicelles and solubilize the acrylate monomer in the micelles, finally forming a PUA complex with a single or multi-core structure, while blocking with different blocking agents may be possible Will produce phase separation, thereby improving its physical properties.
