目的 观察甘草甜素 (GL)和齐墩果酸 (OA)对大鼠亚慢性镉中毒性肾损害组织病理形态的影响。方法 光镜、电镜下观察CdCl2 组、CdCl2 +GL组、CdCl2 +OA组大鼠肾组织内肾小球、肾近曲小管的病理改变。结果 光镜下 ,CdCl2 +GL组、CdCl2 +OA组大鼠肾小球充血、肿胀、纤维化、肾近曲小管上皮细胞肿胀的程度较CdCl2 组明显减轻 ,范围有所缩小。超微结构观察示药物共处理组肾小球内组分、肾近曲小管细胞内线粒体等亚细胞组分的病变显著轻于CdCl2 组。结论 GL、OA对大鼠亚慢性CdCl2 中毒性肾损伤的病理形态损伤有改善作用
Objective To observe the effects of glycyrrhizin (GL) and oleanolic acid (OA) on the histopathology of rats with subchronic cadmium poisoning. Methods The pathological changes of glomerular and renal proximal tubules in CdCl2 group, CdCl2 + GL group and CdCl2 + OA group were observed under light microscope and electron microscope. Results Under the light microscope, the degree of glomerular congestion, swelling, fibrosis and tubule epithelial cell swelling in CdCl2 + GL group and CdCl2 + OA group was significantly reduced compared with CdCl2 group, and the range was reduced. Ultrastructural observation showed that the intra-glomerular components of drug-co-treatment group and the mitochondria and other subcellular components in renal proximal tubule cells were significantly lighter than that of CdCl2 group. Conclusion GL and OA can ameliorate the pathological damage of rats with sub-chronic CdCl2-induced renal injury
