目的:调查坑道内水源水质污染情况,为坑道内安全用水及人员健康提供科学依据。方法采用普查法对坑道内和坑道外水源的感官、化学、毒理及微生物进行对照调查。结果:坑道内、外7个水源水质感官、化学、毒理除氟化物过低外,其余指标全部符合国标;细菌总数及大肠菌群数均有不同程度的超标,并有显著性差异(P<0.05);真菌坑道内比坑道外水源污染严重,且也有显著性差异(P<0.05);浮游生物除坑道内水井中未检出外,其余均有两种以上检出。结论:该水源没有化学污染,但细菌学卫生指标严重超出国标,且真菌污染较严重,不经消毒处理不可用做饮用水。
Objective: To investigate the water pollution in the tunnel and provide a scientific basis for safe water and personnel health in the tunnel. Methods The sensory, chemical, toxicological and microbiological characteristics of water sources inside and outside tunnels were investigated by census method. Results: The sensory, water and chemical sensitivities of 7 water sources inside and outside the tunnel were all lower than those of fluoride and fluoride. All the other indicators were in line with the national standard. The total number of bacteria and the number of coliforms exceeded the standard, with significant difference (P <0.05). The fungi inside the tunnel was more polluted than the water outside the tunnel, and there was also a significant difference (P <0.05). There were more than two kinds of phytoplankton except the wells in the tunnel. Conclusion: There is no chemical pollution in the water source, but the bacteriological health indicators seriously exceed the national standard, and fungal pollution is more serious. It can not be used as drinking water without disinfection.
