本文根据住户调查数据,讨论了我国居民财产构成与分布状况的变化特征,并进行国际比较。本文的分析表明,由于经济发展和体制转轨的双重影响,我国居民财产持有数量在较短的时间内以较高的速度增长;尽管与其他国家相比,我国居民财产分布的不均等程度仍不是很高,但不均等程度的扩张速度非常迅速。
Based on the household survey data, this paper discusses the changing characteristics of the composition and distribution of residents’ property in our country and makes an international comparison. The analysis of this paper shows that due to the double impact of economic development and institutional transition, the number of residents’ property holdings in our country increased at a relatively high speed in a relatively short period of time.
